Example: looking up redemptions for Sheffield site for July -

Example: changing site to see redemptions at that site -

Selecting site

If you have multiple sites listed for your Toggle account remember that each site records its own redemptions.

To find out the redemptions each site has had, just check which site you're currently connected to - this can be determined by the site that's listed in the top right of the page.

After this click the tab in the top left corner and then click Redemptions.

Selecting date range

You'll notice that the date and time range defaults to the current day. This is so that, when you cash up at the end of the day, the number you need to balance the books is right there straight away.

If you want to change the date and time range, tap inside each of the date boxes and use the calendar and time modal to change the start date and time and then the end date and time.

When you have selected the date and time range tap the tick to confirm.

The total figure will automatically update.

Changing site

If you want to find the redemptions for a different site (if you have other sites listed on your account) click on the tab in the top left corner of the page and then click Select site.

After selecting a new site, click the tab again in the top left and then click Redemptions and repeat the process as described above.
