So you've got a nice looking email, text copy and call to action on your gift emails already. But what happens when you need slightly different copy or a different call to action for a specific gift? 

Read on and find out!

To add a custom email for a specific gift, click into the gift you want to add a custom email for.

You'll see a button at the bottom of the screen inviting you to Add custom email.

Clicking this will take you to a page where you can edit any aspect of that email's subject line, content or call to action.

To start with, it will show your fallback email template content. To change a section, just click to edit, make your change and click the Save button.

This will update the content for this gift only and your existing default email will remain the same for all your other gift products.

You can also preview your custom email by clicking the Preview button.

To remove or update a custom email on a specific gift, click back into the screen to edit your gift email by clicking Edit custom email.

You can now make your changes, or to remove the email and use the default one again, click Remove custom email.
