Fees
There is a £10 per month, per site charge from HLS to setup and support the integration.
Getting Started
To setup your HLS x Toggle integration, you will need the following;
Contact your HLS account manager, and inform them you want to enable the integration
Map the HLS venue GUIDs within Toggle
Create an API username and password in Toggle (you'll need this when enabling the integration in HLS)
Configure the HLS x Toggle plugin in the HLS platform
Contact your HLS account manager, and inform them you want to enable the integration.
HLS will take you through the commercials and discuss how the integration works from their platform. Once you have everything agreed with HLS, they will let us know that we're ready for a switch on.
Map the HLS venue UIDs in Toggle
Each site you have setup in HLS should have a unique UID associated (they look like 72pd4c7b-52bb-51ea-b562-02d0fd8r3b3r
), HLS will provide you a list of these IDs on request, which will need to be mapped in Toggle (this helps us identify which site the voucher was redeemed against for reporting).
Site IDs can be added in Toggle via the menu, by going to Settings
> Integrations
> HLS tile
. In here, you can goto the Site Mapping
section, which will allow you to add a HLS reference against each venue you have configured.
If you have any issues with this step, please get in touch with your Toggle Customer Success contact who will help guide you through.
Create an API user in Toggle
You will need to generate an API username and Password in Toggle, that will be setup in HLS. These can be created in Toggle via the menu, by going to Settings
> Integrations
> HLS tile
. You can follow these steps to generate an API user.
Configure the HLS x Toggle plugin in the HLS platform
