Learning How To Send a Digital Replacement

Sometimes a customer will have placed an order that for some reason they can’t find within their emails or e.g. lost in junk, a spelling mistake with the email address so it was never received; or it was a physical gift card that hasn’t arrived in the post yet.

In these cases, you might want to send a digital copy / replacement of their order to them.

To replace the customer’s order with maximum efficiency you can use Toggle’s digital replacement tool.

To do this, start off by going to Purchases > Cards and search for the card you want to send the digital replacement for.

You can use the following as search criteria to help find cards:

  • Date

  • Unique Code,

  • Purchaser Name

  • Purchaser Email

  • Recipient Name

  • Recipient Email

You can also apply multiple filters at the same time.

Once you have found the order that you want, click on it, and you will see the ‘send digital copy’ button.

Click on that button, put in the customer’s email (or the email that they want being sent to) and click send.
