Sometimes when you log in to POS Mode, or if you have been timed out due to inactivity, you'll be asked to enter a 4 digit pin number, like shown below.
You can find the PIN number on the Settings > General page of the main dashboard, like shown below.
When you enter the correct PIN number you can continue to use POS Mode, like shown below.
A few notes...
The PIN number is there for security measures and cannot be bypassed
If you can't access this area of the dashboard, you'll need to ask someone on your team who can to give you the PIN
The PIN number is the same for all users who are using your Toggle account
