How to cancel an order

The steps needed to cancel an order on your Toggle account.

Summary

  1. Log into Toggle

  2. Click on Purchases > Orders

  3. Locate the order and click onto it

  4. Click the red 'cancel order' button

  5. Click the green 'Cancel order' to confirm

Please note: Cancelling an order does not trigger a refund. All refunds need to be actioned separately through your payment gateway. More info here.


'This order cannot be cancelled'

If you see this message after clicking Cancel Order this is because one or more cards have had actions that cannot be reversed e.g. a gift card has been redeemed (or partly redeemed) or topped up.

If you would like the value of the order to be reduced to Β£0 we recommend you manually redeem the remaining balance on the gift card(s) within the order like shown here.
