Toggle now has an age verification feature that allows you to ask your customers to verify their age before purchasing an item from your Toggle web shop. If you are selling alcohol or any other products that require a legal age verification, we've got you covered! Please note that this feature currently only allows you to set the age to 18 years old.
Getting Started
On the Toggle dashboard, go to Products > Add > select the type of product you want to add.
Add all relevant information about your product and confirm whether it requires age verification for purchase:
If you've selected 'Yes', guests purchasing that item will be asked to confirm their age before checkout. After confirming, the guest can proceed to checkout page as usual.
Reporting
On your Toggle account, you can check individual orders to see if they have been age-verified. Simply go to Orders, search for the Order No., and the information will be displayed in the summary:
If you want to export data on orders that have been age-verified, you can run the following reports on your Toggle Dashboard:
Go to Data section and run the Orders report or the Order Line Items report:
