Ask your guests to validate their email on checkout journey

This feature adds an additional step to the checkout process to ensure that guests enter the correct email at checkout and that the email is validated.

Getting Started

This feature is enabled by default. If you want to turn it off, you can do so by going to your Toggle account > Settings:

User Journey

  1. A guest purchases an item from your web shop and selects delivery by 'Email':

  2. On the Delivery page, they must confirm their email address to proceed to checkout:

  3. If the email is entered incorrectly, they will receive an error message and will not be able to proceed to payment:
