If you have guests that are unsure how much balance is on their gift card to spend, here's how to help them out:
Using the "Check Balance" feature
On your online Toggle shop there's a "Check Balance" button found near the top right of the page. Your guests can use this to check their balance and also expiry date of their gift card using the unique code and pin number on their card.
After the customer has entered their gift card's unique code and pin they'll be shown the current balance and expiry date, like shown below.
On Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
If you have Apple or Google Wallet set up on your Toggle account your guests will get real-time updates on their gift card's balance when they spend it.
