How to update customer details on an order

Customer or recipient details incorrect on an order? Here’s how to update them.

Updating purchaser details

To update the purchaser details on an order, locate the relevant order in your Toggle dashboard and open it up. To edit the customer name or email, just click the pencil icon, make your correction, and click the green tick to save the changes.

Updating delivery details

You can also update recipient details; for example, if a purchaser has mistyped the delivery postal address. To update the postal address, click on the pencil icon next to the address like this:

You’ll be presented with a popup window where you can make the necessary changes.

Once finished, click Update address to save the changes.
