How to update customer details on an order

Customer or recipient details incorrect on an order? Here’s how to update them.

How to find the order

  1. Log into Toggle

  2. From the sidebar click Purchases > Orders

  3. Locate the order from the list of orders, or use one of the search filters if needed

  4. Click onto the order

What you can edit

On the customer's order page you can edit 5 things:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email

  • Contact number

  • Delivery address (if the order is postal - more info on this further down).

How to edit the customer details...

  1. Click the blue pencil icon found next to either the name, email or telephone fields

  2. The option to edit it will appear - make your edit

  3. Now click the green tick button to save that change

How to edit the delivery address...

If the customer got their delivery address wrong and asks you to change it before the order is dispatched, you just need to:

  1. Click the blue pencil icon

  2. Edit the address

  3. Click the green tick to save that changes
