How to connect HGEM and Toggle

If you use HGEM for guest experience management, here's how to issue Toggle vouchers within your HGEM dashboard

If you use HGEM you can issue out Toggle vouchers to your customers after they’ve left you some feedback or in response to a complaint.

Getting started

To get started you'll need the following details ready to provide to your HGEM contact.

  • Account ID

  • API Username

  • API Password

  • Product ID for the gift cards to be associated to

Account ID

Please see your Airship customer success team member to obtain the account ID for your Toggle account.

API Username and Password

This can be obtained via the Toggle platform, you can either;

  • Invite a HGEM contact to the account, so they can generate the details

  • Generate the API username and password and securely pass them to HGEM

Product ID

You can find any product ID at the bottom of the product edit page. Go to Shop > Products and select the product. Then scroll to the bottom of the page to find it.

Configuring your vouchers in HGEM

In order to setup Toggle in HGEM, you will need;

  • HGEM Client ID

  • Brand ID

Your contact at HGEM will then be able to configure the Toggle integration to enable you to issue gift cards
