The "allow guests to schedule email" feature allows your guests to schedule when their digital gift voucher is sent.

This is perfect for anyone who’s looking to plan ahead with making a digital purchase but want it to land in the recipient's inbox on a specific day, such as a birthday or on Christmas day.

Just note that this feature is specifically for digital gift voucher sends and will not work for physical gift cards or retail items.

How do I turn this feature on?

At the time of writing this, you’ll see this feature restricted on each product that’s on your Toggle dashboard and when you’re creating new products in the future.

Please get in touch with the Customer Success team on and ask us to switch this feature on if you’d like it available on your Toggle shop!

Once the CS team has enabled this feature on my account, how do I set this feature live on my Toggle shop?

  1. Log in to your Toggle account

  2. Click on Shop

  3. Click on a product (that has digital purchase available)

  4. Select ‘yes’ to the ‘Allow guests to schedule email delivery’ prompt and press save

  5. Repeat the above steps for the products you want this feature to be available for (i.e. any products that have digital sends as an option, switch this feature to on!)

Side note: when you click ‘save’ on live products that have had sales, you’ll be prompted to click “Save changes and update existing orders” or “duplicate product and archive original”. Please select the “save changes” option since this change won’t affect any orders that already exist.

How does this feature look for the guest?

Your guests will be asked at the checkout page if they’d like to send their digital voucher immediately or on a specific day or time. (If they select physical/ postal, they won’t have an option to select a day or time to send it).
