Quick summary

If you need to find the details of an order that's been cancelled, here's what to do:

  1. Log into Toggle

  2. Click on Data (on the sidebar)

  3. Click on Order Line Items (on the sidebar)

  4. Using the calendar select the day the order was made

  5. Click Add to Queue

  6. Open the report in Excel (or similar application)

  7. Locate the order on the report to see its details

If you search a cancelled order on the "Purchases" section, you'll notice that you can't click onto that order to see its details. You can see some details though such as the date the order was made.

To get all the details of the order, you instead need to download the Order Line Items report and just select the date (or estimated date range) the order was made.

Once you have the report open in Excel (or a similar application) you can locate the order and its details.
