Our new Bulk Orders feature allows you to create a large number of cards at once that you can use for promotional campaigns or corporate gifting. After the card numbers are generated, you can download them in a CSV file format and then distribute those cards however you wish.

Getting Started

  1. On your Toggle account click on Bulk Orders > Create Bulk Order

  2. Add the relevant information including an order name and a description, choose the product you want to create a bulk order for and provide the value of each card as well as the quantity.

  3. On the same page, add any validity rules you want this bulk order to have. Note that these can be different from the actual product validity that you are creating the bulk order for and it will apply for this bulk order only.

  4. In Discount Provided section, you can define the makeup of each card between value that has been paid for, and the value that is given for free. So if you want the card to have a discount, you can select the discount type and amount here. More info on accounting for gift cards is here.

  5. You will have to save it as a draft first which allows you to make any changes you need afterwards. When you are ready, click on Submit Order at the top right corner of the page and you will get an Order Summary:

  6. Click on Confirm and Submit to process your Bulk Order.

  7. Once it is completed, click on Create Order File to generate a CSV file of all the cards wanted that you can download and distribute as you wish.

  8. If you click on the View Group on this final page, it will take you to all cards that are in this bulk order and you will be able to see each individual card and whether it's been registered or not.

Things to note:

  • Recipients of the cards in the ‘View Group’ page will only show if the recipient has registered themselves to the card;

  • There is a total order value limit on each order of £100,000;

  • The payment for this order is assumed to be taken outside the platform.
