We use Royal Mail to deliver all gift cards, on-demands, and greetings gift cards. Your guests can choose from a range of postage options, including:

  • 1st Class and 2nd Class delivery

  • Signed For

  • Special Delivery

You have full control over which postage types appear on your products and the prices charged. For example, if you want all orders to be sent Signed For to help track and locate delayed or lost orders, you can set this as your default.

The Royal Mail Tracking Link is: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

When are orders processed?

Orders are processed each working day (Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) at the fulfillment center at 10:30am.

Orders in before 10:30am will be processed and dispatched that day for the guest - others will fall to the next working day. We use Royal Mail’s delivery service, and therefore delivery times will be in accordance with their timescales and delivery service chosen by the guest.

Royal Mail Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been passed to Royal Mail, from the warehouse, the following timescales can be used as a guide. Always check the Royal Mail website for the latest updates and always add in addition the fulfilment timelines - shown above in the article.

Special Delivery

  • Arrives next day before 1pm

  • Guests must order before 10:30am for same day fulfilment and dispatch (within standard fulfilment rules), for next day delivery (excludes Sundays)

1st Class & 1st Class Signed For

  • Royal Mail aim for next working day delivery

  • Some locations may take longer - allow a few extra days as standard to cover this and delays

  • Fulfilment cut off times apply as above

2nd Class & 2nd Class Signed For

  • Royal Mail aims for 2 - 3 working days

  • Some locations may take longer - allow a few extra days as standard to cover this and delays

  • Royal Mail is moving towards alternative day delivery for 2nd Class, excluding Saturdays

  • Fulfilment cut off times apply as above

Tracking Signed For Orders

All Signed For and Special Delivery orders include a Royal Mail tracking number so guests can see once an order has been delivered. This is shown on their dispatch email, and on the order in the Toggle dashboard.

Take this number, and see the update here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Key Information: Royal Mail Signed For items only display attempted and successful deliveries.

They do not show every step of the delivery journey.

This means guests might sometimes think an order is lost if no updates appear, when in fact it’s still in transit. Delays can happen, especially during peak seasons, so it’s best to allow extra time before assuming the item is missing.

Peak & Christmas Delivery

During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas), delivery times may be longer. We will share updates when possible, but we strongly recommend checking the Royal Mail website for the latest information. See here: https://www.royalmail.com/
