The Data section of your Toggle dashboard lets you download reports (or 'exports') packed with useful insights. Whether you're tracking sales, redemptions, marketing opt-ins, fulfillment details, or liability, these reports help teams across accounts, marketing, sales, and customer service.
How to Download a Report
Log in to your Toggle account.
Click Data in the sidebar.
Select a report type (e.g. Balance Adjustments).
Click the blue calendar icon and choose a date range.*
Click Add to queue.
Once ready, click the green download button
* Reports pull data based on order creation dates. For example, selecting January 1st β January 31st 2025 will include only orders placed in that timeframe.
After clicking the green download button it'll be added to your downloads folder, as shown below.
After clicking on the download, you'll see it in your downloads folder like shown below:
For easy access, you may want to move the CSV file to your main Documents folder (or unzip it if needed).
Click the CSV file to open it in your preferred spreadsheet software, such as Excel or Google Sheets.
