Step 1: Add your site(s) on Toggle
Adding sites to your Toggle account means you can track where vouchers are issued and redeemed from.
This is a good place to start with this set up - but if this has already been done, skip to step 2.
Log in to Toggle
On the sidebar click Settings > Site Settings and click Add site
Add the site name, its address, and any number or reference for it
Click the green Add button to save the site
Repeat this step for however many sites you need to add.
If needed here's more info on how to add sites.
Example below:
Step 2: Create an API on Toggle
If needed here's more info on how to create the API.
Note: The integration on Toggle still shows as "Feed It Back" (not their new name, 125 Insights), but this won’t affect setup.
Log in to Toggle
On the sidebar click Settings > Integrations > Feed It Back
Click create new user
Copy the username and password to this spreadsheet (or somewhere you can retrieve it later on)
Press Create to save the API
⚠️ *Once you click create you can't retrieve the API password again. If you accidentally created the API without noting it down the password just re-start the above steps to make a new one.
🧠 You only need to create one API to pass to 125 Insights.
Example below of creating the API username and password:
Step 3: Create a "Feedback" gift card product on Toggle
It's a good idea to create a new gift card product to use for this integration. If you call it a Feedback voucher or something similar this will make it much easier to track them on your Toggle reports later on.
Log in to Toggle
Go to Shop > Create New > Gift Card
Fill out the details
Save
More info about the product setup are further down this guide.

Step 4: Get the Product ID and Account ID
You'll also need your Feedback voucher product ID and your Account ID to send to 125 Insights along with the API.
You can add these to the same spreadsheet we linked above - having this info all in one document makes it easier for 125 Insights to do their set up.
The product ID is found on the feedback voucher you created earlier on the shop section - scroll to the bottom of the page to find it.
Example below:
Your Account ID is found on the account details section of your dashboard sidebar.
Example below:
After you have completed these steps your spreadsheet (if you're using it) will look a bit like this -
The parts highlighted in blue always stays the same for all integrations. API endpoint is https://api.mytoggle.io/graphql and Merchant reference is 22.
The parts in green are the ones you create / add to the spreadsheet.
Step 5: Send the API, product ID and account ID to 125 Insights
You'll need to send the API username and password you created on Step 2 along with your product ID and account ID from step 4 to your 125 Insights Account Manager.
Please also remember to:
🔐 Password protect your file containing the API for extra security when sending it to 125 Insights. Don't send the API username and password to 125 Insights within the email itself - hackers can potentially get hold of that info in the future.
One option here is you could password protect your file and text the password to your 125 Insights Account Manager to access the spreadsheet.
🧠 Keep your API filed saved somewhere secure on your device in case you ever need to refer back to it in the future.

A few notes about product set up
When you're setting up the feedback voucher (step 3 above) here's a few things to think or know about.
Product name
Choose a name that’s easy to recognise in your Toggle reports, such as:
Feedback voucher
Feedback – goodwill
Feedback – survey response
The voucher name your customers see is setup on 125 Insight's system (e.g. “Thanks for your feedback!” or “We’re sorry!”).
Product descriptions
Descriptions on the Toggle product config won’t show on your feedback vouchers when they're sent from 125 Insights. As such, you can simply put a basic description here. To prevent any confusion for other team members in the future, you might want to put something like "keep product private" in case they make it public on the Toggle shop.
Product status
Set the product to Private - this means it won't show up on the front end of your Toggle shop and instead is just for the 125 Insights integration.
Voucher value(s)
You can set many values here such as £5, £10, £20 if you want to have a range of feedback rewards for your customers.
Expiry date rule
Make sure the expiry date in Toggle matches what you’ve set in 125 Insights.
Feedback vouchers are usually short-dated (e.g. 30 days), whether for goodwill or thanks. Use the 'Custom days after...' option to set this.
Step 6: 125 Insights set up
Once you’ve completed the Toggle setup and shared the details with your 125 Insights account manager, you’ll need to create the vouchers (design, wording, etc.) in your 125 Insights account.
You can find more info in the guide linked below, but for detailed help, contact 125 Insights directly.
