How to connect Global Payments with Toggle

1. Prerequisites

You will need to request the following from your Global Payments account manager:

  • Merchant ID

  • Sub Account

  • Shared Secret Key

Global payments will also request some details. In response, you can provide:

2. Configuring Toggle

The next step is to enter the Merchant ID, Sub Account and Shared Secret details from Global Payments in Toggle.

  1. Log in to Toggle

  2. From the sidebar, click on Settings > Payment Settings

  3. Click the blue button saying "Connect with Global Payments"

When the modal pops up, enter the Merchant ID, Sub Account and Shared Secret in the fields provided.

Click on the green Submit button.

Once all complete, your Toggle Payment Setting's page will show up in green saying 'Connected with Global Payments'.


Do a live test

To check all is working OK, we recommend doing a live test.

Head to your Toggle shop and checkout with a purchase.

Did it all go through OK? You'll be able to see the transactions appear in your Global Payments dashboard.

You'll also see the order appear on your Toggle dashboard on the Purchases page and the reports on the Data page.
