Collections are a great way to organise your shop. If you have lots of products, collections will allow you to group certain types of products together in one place.
Some ideas for Collection types could be:
"Special occasions" - with gift cards and products that'll be good for occasions like Mother's Day, Father's Day, wedding gifts, Valentine's Day etc
"Mother's Day" - with gift cards and products that'll be good for that specific occasion
"Masterclasses" - if you offer masterclass events such as cocktail masterclasses you can group them together like this
"Tickets" - if you sell tickets on your shop, then group them together like this
Quick summary
Here's the steps to create a Collection
Log in to your Toggle account
From the sidebar, click on Shop > Collections
Click on 'Add'
Fill in the details (see below for more details)
Press Save
Give your collection a name and a description. Then, select which products and/or bundles you would like to add to this collection.
You can also add private products to your collections. Private products don't show up on the homepage of your shop but they will appear in a collection, making collections a more exclusive place to direct people to. It's also a good way to de-clutter the homepage if you have lots of products.
You will also be given the option for how to display the collection on your shop homepage. These will all look different depending on which option you choose.

If you choose the hidden option, the only way to access this collection will be through the direct link. You will find this link at the bottom of the edit collection page. Your collection won’t show up on the dropdown list, or with any other collections you may have at the top of the page.
To add this collection to your site, simply turn the collection status to live and save your collection using the button at the bottom right of the page.
You also have the option to set your collection live automatically on certain dates. This is useful if you are creating a collection as part of a short-term promotion.
Press Save - if you've set the collection to be Live, it'll become accessible on the shop or through a direct link. If you set it to Inactive then you can come back to this collection on your dashboard to set it Live later on.
If you want to direct your customers to your collection through any social and email marketing campaigns, you can simply copy the collection's URL found at the bottom of the collection page on the dashboard.
