Use the HGEM platform to issue gift cards to your customers

Sending a gift card

Once the Toggle x HGEM integration has been configured, you can start issuing gift cards in 5 easy steps;

  1. View guest feedback in the inbox

  2. Select the option to respond

  3. Choose whether to send a gift card

  4. Enter details

  5. Send

Once all details are entered, you will be prompted to confirm the issuance of the gift card to the guest

Once a gift card has been given to a customer, Toggle will act as the issuer and send the digital voucher via email.

A guest can only receive 1 gift card, and HGEM will restrict you from being able to issue more.
