Data: The Tickets report

If you use Toggle Tickets, this report details what the tickets report does!

The Tickets report is downloadable on your Toggle dashboard as a CSV file. You can open the report into a spreadsheet program such as Excel to view and edit the raw data.

Please note this particular report is only available to see and download if your Toggle account has the Toggle Tickets feature enabled.

Where to find and download the Tickets report.

Here's the steps to find and download the Tickets report:

  1. Log in to your Toggle account

  2. Click on Data found on the sidebar

  3. Click on Tickets

  4. Select a ticketed event from the Select event drop down menu

  5. Click the blue calendar icon and select the date range to pull the data from*

  6. Click Add to queue

  7. Click the green download button when the export has completed its download

* This is based on when tickets are purchased e.g. if you select January 1st 2022 - January 31st 2022 the data on the export will contain only the tickets that were ordered within that date range.

What's on the Tickets report?

The Tickets report contains the details of a ticket purchased on your shop.

What headers are on the Tickets report and what do they mean?

Order ID

A unique ID for the order that this ticket was created from, and a way to search out this ticket on your Toggle account using the "Order ID" search filter on Purchases > Orders.

Purchaser name

The name of the person who ordered a ticket at your online checkout.

Purchaser email

The email address of the person who ordered a ticket at your online checkout (they will have got the receipt email with the ticket info on this email).

Event name

The name of the event the customer made the ticket order for.

Date of event

The date of the event the customer made the ticket order for.

Time of event

The time of the event the customer made the ticket order for.

Date purchased

The exact date and time the order was made for a ticket. (BST)

Ticket type

The sub-category of the ticket that was purchased (if any) based on any types available when creating the product on the dashboard (screenshot example: https://d.pr/i/PencN6)

Redeemed at

The date and time the ticket was 'redeemed'.

Location

The location the event is happening at that the ticket was purchased for.
