If you’re using the Toggle fulfilment service, it means some or all of your gift card stock is being securely stored at our warehouse.

Need some of that stock sent to you? We can help with that. There are two types of request we support:

If you'd like to receive gift cards from your stock - ready to sell in your stores at a later date - we can arrange this for you.

- how many gift cards you’d like
- and the delivery address(es)

Orders are shipped via DPD, with next working day delivery and full tracking included.

<b>Cost</b>: £24.95 per address for up to 1,000 cards. This fee covers both admin and shipping.

If you’ve got an event or promotion and want to hand out gift cards pre-loaded with a balance (e.g. £10), we can help with that too.

Like with blank cards, these are sent via DPD for tracked next working day delivery.

To process this type of order, you’ll need to place it via your Toggle dashboard using a DPD postage rate. This signals to our warehouse team to separate and dispatch those cards accordingly.

<b>Cost</b>: £59 per address for up to 500 cards. This is a combined admin and shipping fee.
