How to Download the Tickets Report

  1. Log in to your Toggle account.

  2. Click on Data in the sidebar.

  3. Select Tickets.

  4. Choose a ticketed event from the Select event dropdown menu.

  5. Click the blue calendar icon and select your date range*.

  6. Click Add to queue.

  7. Once the export is complete, click the green download button.

*The date range is based on when tickets were purchased (e.g. January 1st, 2025 - January 31st, 2025 will include tickets purchased within that period).


What’s in the Tickets Report?

The Tickets report contains detailed information about each ticket purchase, including event details, purchaser information, and ticket redemption status.


Key Data Fields Explained

  • Order ID: Unique identifier for the order, used to search the ticket in your Toggle account.

  • Purchaser Name: The name of the person who purchased the ticket.

  • Purchaser Email: The email address of the person who bought the ticket.

  • Event Name: The name of the event the ticket was purchased for.

  • Date of Event: The date of the event for which the ticket was purchased.

  • Time of Event: The time of the event for which the ticket was purchased.

  • Date Purchased: The exact date and time the ticket order was made.

  • Ticket Type: The specific ticket type purchased (if applicable).

  • Redeemed At: The date and time the ticket was redeemed.

  • Location: The location where the event is taking place.


How Can You Use This Report?

Use the Tickets report to track ticket sales, manage customer information, and monitor ticket redemption details for events. This is useful for event planning, customer communication, and understanding ticketing performance.
