To view granular, line by line information on the discounts issued and their total value, head over to your Toggle dashboard to the Data > Discounts section.

1 - Select the date range you wish to view the discounts for.

2 - Download the CSV

3 - Open it up in Excel or your favourite spreadsheet program

4 - You'll see a column for Discount Value. Sum this column you'll get the total value of discounts issued across your selected date range:

You can also sum the total discounts issued on the Balance Adjustments export. In a similar way, download the CSV for the date range you wish to report on sum the Line Item Discounts column.

Note that the Balance Adjustments export only shows gift cards and experiences and not other non-stored value product types.
