If you notice your shop says "Down for maintenance" there might be a few reasons for this happening.

You don't have any products created yet

If you have just signed up your account you'll need to create at least one product for your shop appear.

To create a product, on your dashboard sidebar click on "Shop" and then click one of the product options displayed.

Your products are set to Inactive or Private

If you have already created a product(s) but the shop still says it's down, this might be because your products are set to 'Inactive' or 'Private'.

Only products that are 'Public' will show on the front-end of your shop.

To check this, on your dashboard sidebar, click "Shop" and then click onto a product you have created and check if the Product Status is ticked to 'Active' and the Webshop Status to 'Public', like shown below.

You haven't verified your user email

If you created the Toggle account you might need to check you verified your user when signing up - an email will have been sent to you upon your sign up to verify your email.

If you can't find this, you can get around this by clicking the "reset here" link on the Toggle login page and setting a new password, and this will verify your email instead.
