The Specs and Options
You have two gift card types to choose from, EcoLite or EcoBoost.
We print these coated as standard, but uncoated options are available as well - just ask us if you'd prefer this option!
These are both the same size;
Size: 86 mm x 54mm
But the thickness of the material is different for each;
EcoLite thickness: 660 Micron (0.66mm)
Print quantities start from 500
EcoBoost thickness 790 Micron (0.79mm)
Print quantities start from 10,000
As standard, we design with a QR code and magnetic stripe that is encoded (LoCo) for easy redemption.
The magstripes are removable, and this reduces the print cost too. Prior to removing magstripes, you must check the following;
Does your EPOS provider have QR code scanning compatibility?
So you can use these instead of magstripes for redemptions
Check with your operations team that removing magstripes won't disrupt / delay your venue service - especially if you can't scan QR codes!
The carriers within this range are coated paper based, 325 gsm Incada Excel, with two styles to choose from. Currently there is no uncoated version available.

Anything extra you might require, such as special ink effects (e.g. foil) will be quoted for in addition.

The Gift Cards & Carriers
Logo: Ideally in a vector format (.ai, .tiff, .eps, .svg) or a .png.
We can work with .jpg if that's all you have available.
Brand colours: CMYK colour values.
We can also work with Pantone colours if you prefer

Brand font(s): Send over your brand font files.
Brand Assets: If you use any textures, patterns, illustrations or any other design, send these over so we can feature these in the artwork.
These would be ideal in a vector format (.ai, .tiff, .eps, .svg) or a png. We can work with .jpg if that's what you have available.
Brand Guidelines: share your brand guidelines so we can see how you like your brand to look.
Dispatch Letters
If you upgrade to Toggle Plus, we include an A5 slip with all orders.
This slip will have further information about the gift card, and this will be automatically added to the slip for every order made.
We will need your help to design the header image, and add your brand description.
Header Image:
Dimensions: 142 x 41.5mm
File format: Ideally PDF (especially if your design includes text or vector logos).
JPG is also okay.
Brand Description:
Up to 300 characters in length.
This is the space for you to write something that'll help your guests know how to use their gift, and learn about your brand. Whilst you can type anything in there, we envisage that you could use it to explain more about the gift, how to redeem it, and maybe a bit about yourselves for those who may not know you.

Designing Your Own Gift Cards
We welcome your creativity and individuality, if designing your own gift cards is something you want to do - go for it!
Templates & Layouts
Below are the templates to use and overlay your designs on to using a software program such as Adobe Illustrator.
Please note that artwork needs to be provided in an editable format, with the guides overlaid on top.
If you provide a PDF that is just the design saved off as flat non-editable artwork (png or jpg), and / or the template guide can’t be removed, we will need to ask you to re-supply it.
Embellishments require their own layer (see templates) and if you want to include the FSC logo, this is already set-up on the templates to the approved size and has to go onto a solid background.

It’s also helpful if you embed any fonts, or supply us with the font files that you have used on the design as it makes it easier for our designers to work with the file - allowing any small tweaks if necessary.
For Toggle to work, there are a few things you’ll need to include on your design for it to be functional:
19 digit unique code
6 digit PIN number

An encouragement for your guests to register their card with the registration URL
Your terms and conditions, or a URL to them
